Our Directors
Richard Miller
Richard is our development director and is responsible for steering the
business towards the best possible development technologies and ideas.
Richard is a founding director of Lime Thinking. He is armed with a clutch of industry certificates for Microsoft and Linux platforms and numerous database and development technologies. Put these together with a BSc in Maths and a MA in Philosophy and Maths you can see he is ideally suited for his role.
He is a father of two children and owns four bicycles. He enjoys cycling (obviously) and climbing at Sheffield's Climbing Works. Wes Thompson
Wes is also a founding director of Lime Thinking and primarily in charge
of looking after clients and projects.
He has been involved in the IT industry since he was 15 and set up the Novel Netware 3.12a environment for his parent's company. From there he has moved through various roles in companies whilst taking a very brief detour to Sheffield Hallam University.
Wes is also head of Implementation & Provision, which entails taking all the decisions Richard makes about our development workflow and makes them happen. This basically means overseeing our datacentre servers and software. A dad of one (as you can see from the picture), Wes is also a member at the Climbing Works but only has the one bike. His favourite holidays are spent camping in the Yorkshire Dales or with family for long weekends at Centre Parcs in Sherwood Forest.
