ABN is the leading British manufacturer of pig and poultry compound feed providing both products and complementary solutions to the pig and poultry livestock industries.
The Abnrm project brief was to convert a large amount of very complicated spreadsheets into an online application. The opportunity was also taken to expand and improve the functionality of the system.
The application had to be fully compatible with handheld devices. Initially using a WAP gateway, and subsequently made use of handheld style sheets.
Project Overview
The nature of the ABN business is to link farmers with the commodity markets in order for them to plan their feed requirements in the most economic manner possible. Lime Thinking helped implement a groundbreaking solution to this industry wide problem by providing a unique-to-the-industry animal feed solution.
